PhantomTech Labs exists to build technology that makes everyday life better, starting with the people who usually get overlooked. Our first product, PhantomVR, is designed for the amputee community.
PhantomTech Labs was founded by Dallas Reign, a developer and amputee who wears a prosthetic every day. Mirror therapy, the simple practice of using a reflection to help the brain recognize a missing limb again, has helped people manage phantom limb sensations for decades. Dallas kept coming back to one idea: what if that mirror could be virtual, full-body, and built for the way amputees actually move through the world?
That idea became PhantomVR, PhantomTech Labs' first product: a VR experience designed from lived experience, not a checklist. Future products will follow under the same roof, but the standard stays the same. Build for the people technology usually leaves out, and get it right because you understand the problem from the inside.
"We start with the people that technology usually leaves out." Dallas Reign, Founder
Every product starts with real lived experience, not assumptions made from the outside. That's how PhantomVR began, and how everything after it will too.
PhantomVR is a wellness tool, not a medical device. We won't make treatment claims we can't back up. Just a calm, well-made tool.
PhantomVR is the first product under PhantomTech Labs, not the last. We're building a company, not a single app.
