We want this site, and PhantomVR itself, to work for as many people as possible. Here's where things stand.
PhantomTech Labs is building for people who are often overlooked by technology, so accessibility isn't an afterthought for us. We're working toward meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA for this website, and we'll keep improving as the site and PhantomVR itself grow.
This is a new site for a small, early-stage company, and we know it isn't perfect. If something doesn't work the way it should with your screen reader, keyboard, or other assistive technology, we want to hear about it so we can fix it.
Accessibility in VR is its own challenge, and we're thinking about it from the start, things like comfort settings, clear in-headset guidance, and not relying on any single input method. We'll share more as PhantomVR gets closer to a demo.
If you run into an accessibility barrier anywhere on this site, or have thoughts on how PhantomVR should handle accessibility, please tell us through our contact page. We read every message.
